Note: MSI-Installer means, it is a standard Microsoft setup wizard.

Short Installation Instructions:

Save ProcessPriorityObserverSetup.zip on your harddrive
Extract the contents of ProcessPriorityObserverSetup.zip somewhere on your harddrive
Doubleclick the extracted file ProcessPriorityObserverSetup.msi
The wizard will guide you for the rest of the setup.

How to update from previous version?
Uninstall your previous version using Software applet located in Windows Control Panel. To keep your configuration, make sure to install the new version in the same location your previous version was installed.
Alternatively copy the file License.xml from your old installation directory to your new installation directory before running Process Priority Observer.
